Overall great job on the gutter cleaning, itself, for a reasonable price. One significant complaint, however: I was assured the workers would do all work from ladders, and I specifically stated that I did not want anyone walking on my roof (which they assured me would not happen). I arrived home a little while before they finished the job to see one of their guys standing on my roof, with a hose draped over the peak of the roof. Seems that they did most or all of the 2nd story work standing on my roof, rather than from a ladder. I reported this to their customer rep. who called to see if I was satisfied, and to reprort that my gutters are not properly angled (a different flaw than what was reported by the workers themselves, who merely stated the caps leak). The rep. said she would "investigate" the reason why they did not do all the work from ladders, eventually offering an apology when I emphasized I was really not happy with that breach of our verbal agreement. So they lost a couple stars in my review for not doing the project in they way we agreed it would be done, and I did not think their customer service was responsive enough to my complaint.
