Ned Steven called me I wanted my drain from the 2 story row house fixed because it was broken in two pieces, so they quoted me a price of 175.00 when the Technician arrived he said my drain pipe did not need replaced so he put two screws where it was broken. They still charged me a 175.00 when I complained they took 20.00 off and that is what I am paying for two screws. They were very frustrating to deal with they did not listen, they did not read the notes in there own conservation log!

They did a great job cleaning the gutters. Just that they left my shingles on one side of my home up. Not put into place the correct way. Other than that they did a great job. No more water just falling down my patio

This company is actually the worst company I?ve ever worked with since I have been getting professional through Angi. They came to my house as they promised and said they cleaned the gutters. I was not in town the day they came. The following day I was walking around to inspect the house, I noticed that the sheet covering the wood on the side of my roof was removed. I found it on the grass in my neighbor?s yard. I called the company and they sent their team to fix it the following day. That would have been great if that was the end of the story. The following day I wanted use water to clean my car and I went to turn the water on outside of the house where my spigot is. I found out that water was spilling out from inside my house. The team that came to clean my gutters used force to pull the spigot from the wall such that water was coming out from rear of the spigot. I called the company to complain. Initially, the guy that pick the call said they are not responsible for it. Mind you, I just fixed the spigot last summer. When I told him I will be doing their review, then another person by the name Kathleen called me and left a voicemail. I returned the call and spoke with another manager/supervisor who now was implying they did not damage my spigot but I can go and get a plumber to look at it and send them pictures for them to decide if they are responsible. I just had to stop the discussion with the guy because it was not only annoying but very insulting. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. The customer service is next to zero. What a shame.

They came as promised and completed the job. I liked that a doorknob hanger was left to inform me that they came even tho I was returning home when they were there. I would recommend them!!
