Upon arrival we were told there would be an extra charge to remove the gutter mesh system and we had to call the office to give permission to remove them. Before customer service answered the workers were already on the roof removing the system. We were told the extra charge was $75. We were forced to pay the extra change because the workers had already started the work before we gave permission.
