Upon completion of the gutter cleaning I received an email message indicating that a problem had been found. If that was the case the cleaning team could have appraised me of the issue before leaving the residence.

I spoke with a gentleman on the phone. I told him I didn't know the area of my house but its a standard 2 family. He quoted me a price and I hired them. 5 days later I got a call from Ned Stevens saying they couldn't do the work because I I didn't have enough water pressure (?). I called them back and informed them they could use the spigot from my neighbor. 8 days later a gentleman showed up and indicated he couldn't do the work, unknown reason why because he didn't speak English (no problem) I called Ned Stevens and was told the gentleman that showed up felt it was too dangerous and Ned Stevens would be sending a more experienced manager. 3 days later I received a call telling me that the price they quoted me was too low and they couldn't do it for that price but they would work with me on the price. I told them I wouldn't pay anymore than was quoted and they wouldn't do the job for that price. I would stay away from Ned Stevens-3 weeks in and I'm starting all over
