Very professional and very educational! We had just purchased our home. They went on the roof and completely explained all issues we needed to attend to. It wasn't a hard sale at all. Just a great overall experience!

hired them to clean my gutters. a crew of 2 came out, took out a ladder and 15 mins later i watched them drive away. had to call customer service 800# since they crew did not bother to tell me anything. a rep tried to get a hold of the crew and said she would call me back when she did. when she did, i was told the type of gutters i had were the type that could not be cleaned. in fact, i have 2 different types of gutters on my house, sure flo in the front and leafguard in the back. called the company that installs leafguard and they came out and cleaned them explaining that all it takes is a house to spray in. the company that installed the sure flo also came out and cleaned explaining and showing me that all it takes is undoing the screws that hold the top in place. in explaining this to Ned Stevens, they suggested that what was done was likely wrong and that what she was reading in her notes was more accurate and trustworthy than the 2 people that i spoke to in person and showed me. Ned Stevens did refund my money but I wasted my time waiting for them to show up, and then for 2 other people to come do the job Ned Stevens was supposed to do.

Mark, the reason we don't work around some leafguard/gutter guard type systems is because we guarantee all of our work. Every system is different and if we have the ability to perform the job we will. Every cleaning we perform also involves an inspection of the system, if we can't see or know whether or not we cleaned all of it, we can't guarantee the job. This company did an excellent job! The gutters are working good as new with rain water now gushing out of the downspouts like it is suppose to do! Very reasonable pricing and great value! You should have no doubts in hiring this company!

Very professional company!! Sales person, Emily was very clear on pricing & details - the two guys who came on Saturday morning were friendly, efficient & did an excellent job on cleaning my gutters. They cleaned up all the debris and were done quickly. We had a heavy rain later in the day & the clean gutters handled it with no issues. I signed up for the 4 cleaning a year & am so glad I did!!
