They did perform the work within the time window they had forecast but I felt three and a half days allowed for a lot of wiggle room. While the two man team worked quickly and were focused, once finished they left several small (durable) black plastic bags of removed material at the end of my driveway without taking a moment to say, hey this is what weÂ’re doing. Hardly a sin but since my trash pickup day was five days off and with my home being on the market and showings ongoing a simple heads-up wouldÂ’ve been appreciated.

I ordered the service from them 2 weeks ago and they haven't completed the work yet. Their customer service rep just keeps telling me I'm "in line for the work to be done", although when I ordered the service I was told the work would be completed within 3-5 business days.
