Judging by not having any problems in the next torrential rains after the cleaning, I'd say they did an excellent job. A text or call before they came by would be helpful, but they were swift in their work.

I had been trying to find contractors to clean gutters but nobody would call. Ned Stevens called later in the afternoon and it was a Saturday. The person that called was very knowledgeable of the job and the company he represented. He explained that they were booked but they would complete the job within a week. They completed the gutter cleaning by Tuesday. The picked up all debris that was removed from the gutters. I will highly recommend Ned Stevens for your gutter needs.

They were very thorough and cleaned up afterwards. However, they left the bags by my mailbox and I arrived home late. Scared me to death to see those two black heavy bags...

I had 2 clogged down spouts that I wanted them to unclog. They would not give me a definite date for the work. In the next few days is what they promised. They arrived without notice 5 days after call which is OK. They also promised and assured me that no debris from clogged down spouts would be drained into underground pipes which go from the backyard to the front yard (extensive length). They did exactly that and did not make any attempt to stop the debris from flowing into the underground pipes. They used a blower which blew debris all over the deck in the back yard. Did not attempt to clean or blow away any of the debris on the deck. Over all the work was completed in about 25 minutes with 2 individuals. I noted that I was worried about the debris in the under grown pipe and one person put his blower on the down spout opening on the roof and tried to explain that that would clear or unclog any debris. I showed him that the down spout into the drain pipe is not air tight and what he did would not accomplish anything. He did not have a response. Overall, the spouts are unclogged. I do worry that the debris are in the underground pipes that could cause problems in the future. During the initial call they indicated that as part of their service, they would inspect every gutter and downspout and adjust or tighten screws or attachments if needed. No such inspection or work was done. Overall I would use this service again but would like to point out the marketing promises that are made during the initial call are not followed through at all when the service is performed.

I liked what the sales guy had to say and hired them over the phone. Gave them a CC to secure my spot. It has been 7 days, and they promised someone would be out to complete the job. Not one email or call to discuss when this project would take place. I called Ned Stevens on day 5 looking for an update. They said they only schedule that morning. So they could not provide a completion date. I highly recommend NOT using this company, anything but lies and unwilling to provide a firm date on when the project will be complete. I am looking to cancel my request and go with a more local company.
