It was never disclosed to us ahead of time that it was a $95 charge just for the guy to come take a look at what we wanted done. That does not seem like something that should be dropped on someone on the spot. It resulted in us feeling like we had to choose this company or we would be out almost $100 for nothing. Also, the finished product is not quite what we had in mind. The materials used were much larger than we originally thought which resulted in a larger hole needing to be drilled through our siding. The work/person doing the work was not terrible, just was not amazing either.

Wow! Being a techie, I would believe you would have the depth to understand the conduit was sized to accommodate the end of your device being installed. That said, you were fairly charged as we do NOT price gouge!!!

We had to hire another electrician to fix what he completed. He created 2 openings with pan boxes to hold pendant light fixtures. Plus, we were told that the wiring was not correct in the ceiling. The way he left it, no lighting system could be attached to it. So frustrating to have lights that can not work and then pay additional electrician to run the correct wiring and fix the shorting out wires just to have 2 lights to work.
