The owner spoke with us twice on the phone prior to the install date, answering all our questions, and advised us on what fan to buy to best suit our needs. The electrician arrived 45 minutes late, but other than that it was a very good experience. The job was done in under 3 hours and the work was exceptional. We are pleased.

Was running a bit late but called 20" ahead of appointment and advised he was late and gave new time (30 minutes later) and arrived on revised schedule. Listened to description of what happened (this was a diagnose and repair job), visited all affected areas, did exam of main box, found loose screw & wire on circuit breaker, tightened and we then rechecked load on circuit and waited 15" to see if any issues with max load. All seems fine.

We are completely satisfied with Mr. Sevan and the work he did for us. He was professional, competent, and very personable. He explained what was causing the problem with both switches and showed how he was repairing them. My appointment time was scheduled for 12:00. I called them at 12:00 to see where they were and was informed they would be there as soon as possible which was approximately 1 hour later. This made my appointments for day afterwards very hectic. The price I had to pay to have one light fixture taken down and a new one installed was very pricey in my opinion. $85.00 to come out and another $85 for the hour it took (that they made it take, the owner talked a lot wasting time). I had to keep redirecting him to continue so another hour wouldn't add on to the charge. The light fixture looks great.

We are very sorry you feel this way. Actually you got two technicians for the price of one; Which in turn lessened your bill by half. Two fixtures were removed with one replaced as well as correction of an unsafe electrical condition made by an unskilled, no knowledge person.You got a bargain. I suppose monetary concerns outweigh the value of life? We charge a fair price for PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND LABOR!
