He did not tell me about the trip charge before he came out. I really was just looking for an estimate but after the trip charge I told him to go ahead and replace the ballast that I provided. He charged $125 per hour which he didn't tell me on the phone. He broke a light bulb right by 1 of my customers and got glass in her hair. He didn't fix anything and still charged me a total of $250. There is no way I would recommend this service provider to anyone. I am now going to do the job myself.

Sir, you set an appointment and at your time.I was punctual and disclosed the associated fees for commercial work up front which you accepted and work began. You seemed agitated and it got worse from there. Work was done till you elected it to stop from your personal frustration! The charges are justified and my work and conduct professional!     We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
