Had a variety of 6 repairs/projects. Response was nearly immediate! Technician actually showed up shortly before appointment time the NEXT day. Work was quickly and satisfactorily completed within 2 hours. One project was not completed because it was comprised of commercial rather than residential components. Technician did advise where I could obtain the necessary parts (opted not to follow through due to the electrical current draw of those components and may consider the option of replacing with LED fixture at another time. Technician advised me of all the possible options) ALL persons I came in contact were knowledgeable, prompt, polite and FRIENDLY.
They upgrade my electrical and burn my well pump and have cost me more then 500.00 in new pump and parts. Also they never pull a permit, for this project. Lights on the kitchen and dinning light's dont work the brakers are always tripping, the made two holes on my roof an overlap, and didn't fix them. And more, don't recommend to any body.
Truth and reality check: We did get a permit and inspection. otherwise an inspector for your county would never have showed up on your property. We did pass the inspection. We did not burn up your pump in actuality; You bought a delapidated house with no warranty and as is. Thus you are finding pre-existing issues and will continue to do so till you make the repairs or build a new home on your property. It is IMPOSSIBLE for us to have caused failure to your pump simply by removing power during a service upgrade. I'm sorry you feel this way yet if you understood reality; You would never trash a company as you have. We showed you respect, kindness and went above and beyond in an attempt to help you! Thank you for your business; We do appreciate your payment as well. Your home is poorly wired by others and needs to be rewired by a professional electrican such as ourselves. Circuits are overloaded and you cant apply excessive loads to a 15 amp circuit. unplug your freezer or refrigerator or air conditioner, you cant operate them on a single circuit. Common logic should tell you that!!!! We had nothing to do with the wiring of your home or well or, outbuildings, only the service upgrade and surge protection.
Fantastic response time. Maybe luck, but Jose was in the area and had just finished up a job and arrived 45 minutes after first contact through Home Advisor. The outlet I needed was a dedicated 110v for a gas range. But it was just a tad more complicated since there were no spare openings in the CB panel. Plus the 220V line had to be disconnected and capped (wires remained, but capped). I had never worked with 220V and just wanted to be sure things were done right. Turns out what he did was not necessarily complicated, but I'm still glad I hired him so things were done properly. Jose was very hard working and dedicated to doing the install properly and to my satisfaction. The 4 stars for value as Sevan was IMO a tad overpriced. The job cost me $400 and Jose was there for 2 hours. I actually helped a bit as running wire is often a two person job, with one person pulling and the other feeding. I didn't mind helping. Enjoyed it actually to see a pro at work with a chance for me to learn a thing or two. This is not a dig on Sevan, but HomeAdvisor users need to understand that the businesses get charged for their leads ($20 in some cases), even if the leads don't result in a paying job. Since it is indeed a cost to them, there is pressure to pass those costs on to the consumer. It is important for HomeAdvisor users to understand this going in.
Quoted $501 paid $525.
They were very thorough and if the tech had left instead of waiting to test voltage for breaker issue the problem would not have been discovered (bad breaker and not a loose breaker).
On time, neat, and polite
Great communication and showed up with all tools for the job- Job took less time than expected!
The work was done very well. The worker was very courteous.
it was a good experince
