Reviews
Write a ReviewVery knowledgeable and efficient.
Knowledgeable in his field. Offered additional tips. Very professional.
Dan was very courteous and did an outstanding job. He will have to return to wire because the ceiling fan did not have all of the correct products in the kit,. I enjoyed talking with Dan. We had a lot in common.
Great service. Quick response.
The work was completed as promised without any issues. He was very detailed oriented.
Dan Hensley called me back immediately and came out to assess my project within one hour of my call. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. He wasted no time in getting the job done. We will definitely call him again when we need electrical work done.
HomeAdvisor recommended Sevan Electrical Services. Dan Hensley came out immediately. The service call was to troubleshoot the 5 front yard landscape lights that were not working. Dan evaluated the problem and his recommendation was to replace the bronze spot lights. The wiring was good. Dan said he could complete the entire job that day but the cost would be up to $1000. With hesitation on the proposed cost of the project, we agreed for Dan to complete the work. The bill came to $943 of which Dan wanted the check made personally to him not to Sevan Electrical. After reviewing the invoice we were charged $88 per uplight. These can be purchased at Lowe's for $35 each or less and bulbs $9 each. The invoice also reflected an 8 percent tax rate instead of 7.5 percent. I am not questioning Dan's knowledge in repairing electrical work. I feel we were taken advantage of on the cost of the project. I gave work quality a 3 because the electrical wiring was not re-buried on the side of the house. We cannot recommend Sevan Electrical Services.
Wow! Allbeit you are entilted to your opinion, you forgot to mention we had to spend time troubleshooting, purchase the necessary material, then you changed your mind on the number of lights to be replaced another trip at my expense and you also forgot that now you have a working system! The charge is justified and you signed acceptance of the work and quality of work Again as before, thanks for the business perhaps an unlicensed handy man is more to your liking, 99 % of them are incapable and unqualified to do what we do!!!
Very personable and thorough. I thought the cost was a little too high but his cost was lower than other offers. Plan to use him again.
I WOULD CALL THEM ANYTIME. I HAD A FELLOW NAME DAN HE WAS EXPERIENCED TO THE UP MOST.AGREAT COMPANY SEVAN. YOU CAN TRUST THEM WITH YOUR LIFE. WOULD CALL THEM ANYTIME. THANK YOU SEVAN ELECTRIC.
