I never received a marked or paid invoice for the work he did. He never delivered the photographs of the picture he promised me, of the completed work - for me to argue with my insurance company. He always promised to come back but never showed.

I asked to have a ceiling fan and bath fan replaced. He was unable to use the bathroom fan I provided and insisted on using one of the $200 models on his truck but stated he would need to leave a gap in rough opening. After 2 hours at $100 a hour he decided his wouldn't work and said he could get one at Lowes. I didn't realize that I would be billed for the somewhere around 12:00 -1:30 Lowes run (btw Lowes is 3.7 miles from my home) he returns with a $225 fan ($69.99 at Lowes), and its the exact same brand that he couldn't install that I provided but here's the awesome part. The fan still didn't fit the rough area and apparently I'm responsible for paying for the lunch hour. Now I'm left to either fix the dry wall gap he left in my ceiling (for not a good reason at this point) or go back the Lowes and purchase the correct size fan for the opening in the ceiling. Which is beings sold at Lowes for $75. I was charged almost $900 for this level of service. I wish I had been here to understand the efforts but $900 to replace 2 fans, is something I would never agree to.

you Sir were made aware of everything prior to work being performed. You purchased a fan which was configured wrong as a replacement. The vent for the fan was on the end rather than the center as the old one was. The fan I had on the truck also was configured wrong so another was purchased by me for you! This cost plus labor was transferred to you. The work is in place as are your fans. as to drywall patch: You and your representative were made aware of the need for drywall patching prior to the install. You did not pay $900 dor our work. All charges are justified. You got Professional service not fly by night service by a novice. Good luck

Very capable and experienced. Tested everything before performing work. Whatever did not need repair or replacing, he advised so unnecessary costs were avoided.
