Dan is a nice guy, but he only installed two electrical outlets in my house, and he charged me over $500 dollars!!!! (He charges by the hour and for some reason these two outlets took from 9:45 to after 1:00 to complete). He charges for visit, labor, and supplies/parts. I would not use him again.

Sorry you feel this way; however you failed to mention we also installed 2 t.v. cables as well as network boxes for the same. Charges are justified by material and labor furnished by us. We only pass the cost of materials on to our customers This is normal business.

I had plumbing work done, even though the plumber did an excellent job, I thought it was over priced for just to disconnect my kitchen pipes under the sink and disconnect the garbage disposal for counter top installation. The technician was very nice and explained his work well,

Communication from owner could improve. If you just wanted an estimate, but the electrician? shows up, albeit on time, and ready to do the job. Mis-communication. Please be sure to clarify expectations. Also, the vehicle had no company name on it and the employee did not have a uniform. I believe this would help to grow your business. The gentleman who did the small job was excellent, though could have offered to sweep up the small amount of drywall and insulation that was left on the floor. I hope this feedback helps grow the business - thanks for reading!

Dan gave excellent service and installed very high fans for me along with an outside GFI receptacle. He was very pleasant and I would hire him again.
