Reviews
Write a ReviewWas at location in a timely manner. Quick to find and repair problem. Very personable and informative.
on time, courteous, had remedy for difficult situation.
Dan was very knowledgable and assessed the situation quickly. We heard he was running 30-40 minutes late when he called 5 minutes prior to his scheduled appointment. Also, I was a bit surprised that we were asked to pay a "trip charge". Apparently the final bill charged a specific amount for his travel (roughly an hour) in addition to the time he spent in our home (a little less than an hour). I take responsibility for not asking for an estimated cost up front. Please be sure to ask for $pecific$ UP FRONT to prevent experiencing unpleasant feelings like we did. Why is it acceptable for him to run late and still be charged for his time? Hindsight is 20/20.
I appreciate the time the tech took to explain the repair situation.
Too expensive to replace two GFI outlets, replace doorbell switch, and fix two light switches. The work took 2 hours and twenty minutes, including 30 minutes to go to Home Depot to pick up doorbell switch. I was charged $330 for labor and trip for a total cost of $450.
We maintain a inventory of common parts & material on our trucks. That said; we cannot stock every item used in our business. We do try but cannot foresee everything. Time spent on a customers behalf in retrieveing needed material is also work; Thus the charge for time spent on your job. We do appreciate the opportunity to meet your electrical needs and have resolved all known issues we were hired to do! Thanks again!
Prompt and courteous
I was charge for two full hours at a rate of 85 an hour an employee was here for 1hour and 20 minutes he also was on the phone for 5 minutes
very polite fixed someone else mess
Dan went out of his way to work with us and our hectic schedule. He installed two lighting fixtures, one of which was hanging from an almost 20 foot ceiling. He also hung two ceiling fans. He was so friendly and knowledgable! Will definitely use him again, when the need arises.
Prompt & courteous.
