Write a ReviewCharge $521.00 to change 3 switches and should installed two thermostats. Both were installed and not working. Had to call another company to install thermostats correctly. Tried calling many times to speak with someone and phone ring without answer. System cannot take voice message. Not very happy!!!!
Real great company to work with. I called them about a breaker tripping and they came out right away and replaced the breaker. Well, the breaker tripped again and then the owner and another electrician came out and determined I had 2 rooms on one breaker. They replaced the 15 amp breaker with a 20. Even though they had to make 2 trips, they only charged for one. Very professional and outstanding customer service. I will definitely use them on my next project.
I was quoted for a job to install two new wall light sconces and a new outlet and hdmi ports for a wall mounted tv. They forgot about the hdmi ports which resulted in my having to drive to home depot myself as well as order the hdmi plates from Amazon. Though Dan handled this extremely well and allowed me to remove the costs I incurred in ordering the parts myself from the invoice, it was still frustrating that the job is left incomplete. Also, while I understand cutting out some of the drywall to drill holes through the studs for the wiring is necessary, I also live on top of a 12-foot crawl space to which the I believe would allow for drilling down, over through the crawl space and back up. Now I'm left with two large areas of drywall to have replace. Overall it was a good experience. The lights look great and the TV is looks great on the wall.
$85 just to come out then $85 an hour after that. The first hour then is $170. Then $85 an hour after that plus supplies. I thought it was expensive. The work was done well, though.
