Reviews
Write a ReviewQuick response, very friendly, excellent work and great value
Professional and prompt service at a fair price.
Very slow. Took 2 hours which included several personal phone calls and LOTS of downtime talking. He charged the full time at $95 per hour plus a $95 trip fee. he spent much time checking and rechecking the same outlets several times. He could not get his new GFI to reset so wound up just installing a standard wall outlet. He would not even consider that the new GFI was defective. Bottom line, he talk for almost half of the time he charged me, had several personal calls I wound up paying for and refused to even consider that something may have been wrong with his part! So a standard outlet replacement cost me OVER $300! So I am happy that the problem was fixed but feel I was "taken" for big bucks for a simple job I should have done myself.
Dan was personable and very experienced
The owner was very knowledgeable about electric and was able to determine the problem with my outside landscaping lights quickly.
Did not complete work paid for. No help in connecting power with city. Further work by a well-known company (Mr. Sparky) revealed electric box replacement was cosmetic only and the house was not safe. Attitude extremely poor.
You accuse the wrong company No work was done for you by us!
on time and professional.
Dan repaired rather than replaced... a very well-spoken and professional person. I will keep his contact information on file.
they were good
His demeanor and courtesy was very good. Workmanship was very acceptable. I didn't care for the $95 trip charge added to $95per hour for the work. That essentially made the first hour a $195 cost to change ballasts in existing fluorescent lights. Work quality was good. Cost was too high.
