Great experience in a bad situation as a homeowner. Flushable wipes are NOT FLUSHABLE!!! Bob was very friendly from beginning to end of job.

Electric snake cleaning of a clogged kitchen drain. Technician was friendly and helpful. The issue was resolved. Service was a little expensive , but justified for an emergency on a Saturday afternoon, as Montco Rooter answered the phone and scheduled a rep visit arriving within 2 hours of my call. Very responsive. Faced with my emergency, I called several other plumbing services prior to calling Montco Rooter and they either did not answer the phone or would not perform a drain clearing on a weekend??? Goofy business practice when responding to a customer facing an emergency, Montco Rooter is an excellent customer responsive company. Highly recommended.

Luis was our tech, he was respectful of our property and friendly. After that, it was all downhill, with ridiculous rates and dishonest tactics. Stated he was not aware if we were members but gave us member prices even though we had their coupons and members advantage folder. Refused to allow us to use the coupons and stated the price was 480 (tech was there a 1 hour, 20 tops/flat rate billing). After he installed our new kitchen faucet without even attempting to repair or telling us the price, we got the bill for the faucet that came to 315.99 (149.99 everywhere else). Tech tried to sell that this faucet is the top of the line before I researched and said he said it would last twice as long as Home Depot models that are half the price (so same thing). Previously they worked on an emergency issue for us and fixed the main problem (non-stop running shower) but ended up creating leaking from our shower head and handles of replaced work they did. The kitchen faucet tech stated it is what it is with 3 handle tubes. They are great for responding when you need them and easy to set up appt but refuse to respond when you have an issue. Do yourself a favor, wait the extra day if you can and use someone else. They do try to get you to give them 5 stars with the hopes, you will win the raffle and 100 dollars back from them.
