If we recall correctly, upon arrival and diagnosis of your clogged drain, you informed our plumber that both you and your wife had lost your jobs due to the corona virus. You indicated that you were facing financial hardship and as a result, in an attempt to help you out given the fact that we are in the midst of a pandemic, our manager made an exception and provide you a courtesy to help you out.

Unclogged my basement drain in about a hour. Worked with me on the price which I appreciated. Would definitely use them again if I needed to.

The quick response was amazing. Show up within 1 hr. Very polite and knowledgeable. Found another problem and fixed that to. Great quality work. By the time he left he felt like family. Ca not go wrong calling them. Thanks MONTCO!

1. Make sure you know who you are hiring. 2. Monto Rooter is not ROTO ROOTER..... ask that question. 3. If Monto Rooter shows up, lock your doors. 4. IT IS PROBABLY CHEAPER TO HAVE SOME ITEMS RUINED BY A BACKED UP DRAIN THAN TO HIRE THESE CLOWNS TO UNCLOG IT. 5. Read ALL of their reviews, I wish I would have. 6. $525.00 later... NEVER EVER AGAIN, RUN FOR THE HILLS.

Thom, it's discouraging to see that what you described to us as a difference of opinion between you and your wife on your decision to utilize us back in October has resulted in you writing this review. As per your call to our office, you stated that your wife was upset that you called us , as she had wanted you to call a competitor. We identified our company name when you called, our technician and our truck also identified our company name. You agreed to the price prior to the work being completed and the job was done in a professional manner. You told the technician you were pleased with the work .You contacted us later in the day and told us that your wife was upset that you called us rather than our competitor. Note that you did not complain about the work completed. If your wife is still upset about the price you paid, please have her keep in mind that our prices are comparable to our competitors and that we need to take into consideration numerous factors when we establish our prices such as training, insurance and equipment.

I spoke with Mike in the office and Mike the plumber came to the house. They were both very friendly, helpful and professional. Mike knew what to do and went right to work. He had everything he needed on the truck. He did a great job and the price was reasonable.

Everyone was friendly and patiently explained what had to be done.Prices seemed fair. Louis was nice...I hope you get him if you call. I would certainly use them again! Very fast service and professional.

Mike (the owner) was very quick to contact me and schedule a tech to come out. Mike is very professional and customer friendly. The Tech however was extremely difficult to work with. Kept trying to sell me more services instead of doing his job to get the sewer drain running. I had to call Mike 3 times to finally get all issues resolved. Even the invoice the Tech did was missing the 30 days warranty, which Mike had to regenerate and add it.

Expensive but the work was done well and the service man was efficient and capable.
