Reviews
Write a ReviewWould not give a rough estimate over the phone. When arrived found out why, crazy expensive, eventually did it for less but had to return as not cleared properly 1st time & said would not return again unless paid more for insurance!
The only reason why I did not give a 5 in all categories is I have to wait until it rains to see if what they did actually work. However, Mr. Ruter was affordable and professional. They will be my first call if I have another plumbing issue.
For a clogged drain pipe it cost $427 for 45 minutes of work. Not sure if this is a good value or not.
Echo the comment before. good service but expensive.
Good service, but twice more expensive than average according to HomeAdvisor.
They were able to open up the line when 2 other companies couldn't. He saved us thousands and we didn't have to tear up our back yard like the other companies wanted to. Beyond grateful. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
Two plumbers were needed to find the clog. It cost about $500.00 and new toilet($169.00) and another $386.00 to solve the problem. Louis was very patient and determined to find the problem. After doing everything possible, it was determined after destroying the toilet that this was not the problem but a larger root. I am disappointed that it cost so much, but I may ask for refund for the new toilet. Louis was very patient and explained what to do to avoid this problem.
I spoke with the owner I can't remember his name but he was very courteous and helpful. He sent his guy out immediately and the drain is clear. Louis was very professional, informative, and patient with explaining the details of what needed to be don. I'm not sure about plumbing prices it seemed to be a little expensive but if I don't have this problem again than it was well worth the price. Thanks
The technician was very professional and explained everything he was doing.
After hours call and they came right away!!! 15 minute fix cost approximately $500...rather steep for a clogged drain.
