They did a great job when they came to the house. I had a shower that wasn’t draining, but he unclogged it and then gave me tips to not have this happen as badly again. He also stayed a little while it ran to make sure it wouldn’t leak anywhere else. Excellent job!

On Sunday, I had a clog in the main drain to my house causing a leak in the basement. I got a very quick response from Mr. Rooter and was given an expected time for someone to arrive. Scott arrived during that timeframe and was very thorough and professional. Thank you for being so efficient!

I had a clogged bath tub drain and a pin hole leak in a copper pipe behind a downstairs wall. Louis did an excellent job at fixing both problems in a timely manner. He was very professional and did a great job. It was expensive and my homeowners insurance did not cover the job.

The tech that came to my home was Vanny - he was very prompt, extremely courteous and professional. He was very respectful of our home, wearing covers over his boots and putting down a tarp so as not to mess up my floors. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing and why. He offered several options and had suggestions on what was likely causing my drain issues. Great experience with Vanny. I recommend him as well as Mr. Rooter

I had a laundry tub pump replaced at short notice. Good customer service and excellent response. However I rated value for the money at 2 because this replacement of pump and labor ended up being a little over $1200.00 with the price of the pump being ~700.00. The same pump was on Amazon for 387. Because it broke down on a Saturday and this was an urgent issue - I could not do laundry until it was replaced, I feel that this might have been taken advantage of a little.
