I called Montco Rooter and asked for Louis again as heâ s helped us before. He installed a new sump pump for us in the basement on this occasion. As with previous visits, he was clear about the pricing breakdown at the outset and stuck to his estimate. He was professional the entire time, installed the pump, and tested its installation. He was also careful to keep distance, he wore a mask, and bags on his shoes. I will be calling Louis again for my next plumbing project.

When establishing our prices we have to take into account our costs such as insurance, vehicle maintenance and fuel, upkeep of equipment and ongoing training. In terms of our membership, we offer this to our customers in order to obtain membership pricing lower than the standard price, priority in receiving service over other customers, coupons as well as free inspections. For those individuals who face multiple plumbing or ongoing plumbing issues throughout the year, this is an excellent way to save a significant amount of money.

Great customer service! Needed to get a toilet replaced, the technician was fast, friendly and cleaned up the work area. Stephen did a great job! This was the first time I used this company and if needed, I will use again.

Mike is a great coordinator - proactive and quick in follow ups. He keeps in the know at all time. Louis is an awesome tech, with the heart of a teacher. My first time dealing with sump pumps, and Louis explained everything very well. His work is of the highest quality. I am looking forward to keeping Montco rooter as long as I am in the area.

Extremely responsive and concerned team who provided me with emergency customer support and master level plumbing DURING the hurricane. I ll can t say enough of the excellent customer service...and follow up by Mike Horne and Mike the master plumber. I had an emergent flood and they arrived, diagnosed the issue and stabilized the water flow issues/plumbing. I had called another plumber first who came out and told me that it had to do with the sewers and left. Mike came out quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it.
