They charged over $400 .$195 to diagnose the leak and $220 to make 3 small openings in the drywall ceiling. Could not find the leak but could repair it for an additional 1500. I believe and think, that, in my opinion, the repairman seemed to be under the influence of opioids as I observed his half-shut eyes and at one point appeared to nod.

We appreciate your comments and would like you to now that all of our employees are randomly drug tested. According to our records, we were able to identify that the leak was encased in cement and that we would have to dig up the cement. Had you chosen to have us complete the work, the $198 diagnosis fee would have been subtracted from your bill.

Louis, The gentleman that came to fix our leaking pipes at the bathroom tub and shower , was VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND PERSONABLE. LOUIS ALSO DID A VERY GOOD JOB FIXING THE PROBLEM.

I love the fact that the minute I call with a job that needs to be done itâ s usually the same day service actually within hours hey save me a lot of time and effort by picking up the new toilet for me remove the old one clean the area and replace the brand new one along with a new seal.
