My name is Mr. Clark, and I can't praise these guys enough. They were very professional and did an outstanding job finding a solution to our plumbing issues. They were with my family every step of the way by contacting us to let us know the help they could provide and even checked back to see how things were. Mike McFaul and Mike Horn were the two guys who I have to shout out! Thank you so much you two. The tech, Mike N, showed up on time and performed the service quickly. They were able to work with me on pricing as well. I'll likely contact them again in the future for work I can't complete myself.

Montco phoned me about 20 minutes after I posted on HomeAdvisor at 3pm, and we set up a visit between 8 and 10 the next morning. Plumber arrived at 8:30am, and completed repairs to my total satisfaction in about 90 minutes. In other words, they got the job done within 19 hours of contact -- and this was NOT an emergency. They charge significantly more than others, but quick and professional service might be worth the cost. They also "bribe" customers to get 5-star reviews on Google. If you review their service, you are entered in a contest to get a $100 gift card -- but ONLY if you give them five stars.

Absolutely incredible company and I would recommend them to everyone. Mike (Gentleman on phone) bent over backwards to help me and as promised the tech (Mike also) showed up. He worked so hard to make sure the repair was done correctly and was so very considerate of everything he did. Top quality workmanship and great human beings. I just couldnâ t say enough about this company ! These guys deserve 10 stars.

Don't hire them.Nothing scammer.Over chance customers and don't clean they.Left us a big mess to clean .Stay for and and make believe they are trying to help it's just wasting time to get more money.Left a grease stain on our living room carpet ,fixed a pipe in the basement and when the water came out everything was on the walls and the and we don't cleanup..On the reicet it say fixed kitchen cabin that never happened..

We are sorry that you were not happy with your service as we strive to meet all of our customer's expectations. According to our records, another plumbing company was unable to clear your line and had left a bathroom sink trap disassembled. We assembled the trap and did not charge you. You signed an invoice prior to the plumber starting our job which indicated that you agreed to the price of service and that you were well aware that we would not responsible for muck on the walls, ceiling and floor as the line was clearly full of an EXTENSIVE amount of black muck which contained grease. The plumber was very clear with you regarding the mess this job would cause even with the use of tarps and that we would not be responsible for damage. There was a slight typo in your invoice which was quickly corrected as the plumber typed kitchen rather than bathroom and this was corrected on the same day.

Louis was very professional and courteous. Listen to what needed to be done . Looked over the situation and proceeded to Replace toilet along with kitchen sink faucet. Made recommendations to replace valves that are old.
