Too expensive, Doing 1.5 hrs work , price 980$ labor,

We are sorry that you were unhappy with the cost of the work completed at your home. We were unable to find you in our system and therefore can't respond with specifics. However, we utilize upfront pricing and charge for the job and not the time to complete the work to be able to provide upfront pricing. You would have had to have signed an invoice stating that you were in agreement with the cost prior to work being started. Our prices are comparable with our competitors. In addition, we have to take into consideration the cost of insurance, gas, and maintenance of our vehicles and equipment as well as the ongoing training of our staff when establishing prices.

They came right away. The plumber was kind, very respectful and did a great job. Cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend this company and would use them again if needed ð !

They used old faucet and shower head , just had to get work corrected, stood without hot water in Shower and tub since work was done

However, we did use all new parts and have the documentation, receipts for parts as well as pictures of both the old and new parts that clearly show we utilized brand new pieces. Upon completion of the work, everything was working properly and you signed the invoice stating that everything was working when the job was completed. If you had a problem after our plumber left, you should have called us as all our work is guaranteed and we would have come out to resolve the issue.
