They came in and tried to sell me products before the work started while basement is flooding. Here for 10 min. clogged again the day. Extremely expenseive.

Extremely overpriced and the plumber did clear the drain but only after flooding the bathroom floor with water that leaked down into the ceiling of my kitchen. Additionally, he did not clean up after himself, leaving the covers to the traps off.

Mr. Rooter kept in touch with me from start to finish, including letting me know exactly when the plumber would arrive. The work was done well and efficiently, and the plumber cleaned up well after the work was done.

They came right away and cleared my drain. They were rather expensive- almost $400 for less than 2 hours work- and kept trying to "upsell" me with service plans, special enzymes to treat my drain etc. I needed them for an emergency and they were the only pros matched by Home Advisor, but I won't use them next time
