Quick to respond and came out within couple of hours
The fellow came out the next morning which was as quickly as I needed him. It's a good idea to get an estimate though because, to me, it was pretty expensive. But if convenience is more important to you than the price, these are the people to call.
They really went the extra mile to fix my drain
VERY prompt.
Very responsive. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following morning even though I called them late. HomeAdvisor defaults to two days later but they might have appointments available the next day so call them to ask. The plumber arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable.
They were on time and pleasant to work with
What an awful experience. First of all the guy they sent out to clear my line kept trying to nickel and dime me for more money. Second had to make three attempt to try and clear my line (they claim it was three, but more to follow on that). Third I have pictures showing that between the second visit and the third visit they never touched the drain line. So they tried to mislead me into believing that they came out the third time and snaked the line in my basement. Fourth they actually had the nerve to tell me that they believe a line that goes from being completely blocked to being partially blocked (otherwise known as a slow drain) is NOT considered a blockage. Fifth even though their plumber will claim some kind of warrantee on their work (like a year) they will try to convince you to pay them more money for the second visit. Yes I said second. Sixth watch their cost. They will try to convince you to spend like $600 dollars at first to clear two lines knowing it should never be that expensive. Can be done for around $250 easily, then afterwards will point out that the second line really did not have a blockage. I'm like really... Need I say more? I gave them almost a week to do the right thing. OK. I have one positive thing to say about them. If you call them, they will return your call.
