Reviews
Write a ReviewMr. Bob Crianza was upfront with cost and continually worked on the blockage diligently until all was resolved as best as possible. I found him to be knowledgeable and competent. Punctuality was also a positive factor! Thank you Bob!
great and prompt service on a weekend. Quality craftmanship and exceptional customer service!
Do not hire... This group will scam you... charged 200$ for the initial auger of course it did not work, 595$ for the machine auger... in the end technician tells me I just need a new toilet. My problem is exactly the same... technician could have looked at my toilet at the beginning of my project, the same as at the end and told me that toilet was broken. On top of it all the technician broke the plastic caps covering the floor bolts on both sides! Their solution was that they would offer me a discount and only charge me 400$ install on a toilet if I purchased it at HomeDepot! Toilet install is 100$ from their competitor plumbers. This group are SCAM ARTISTS.... BEWARE! DO NOT HIRE... STAY AWAY... Their answer to me in the end after talking and emailing with them is the price is the price, these are our prices!
Thank you for your valuable feedback. We are sorry that you are unhappy with our prices and our service. We do not want our customers feeling like they are being overcharged. While we don't want our pricing to be any higher than necessary we do have to account for our license, insurance and training to help ensure that jobs are completed properly. We gave you options before any work was started . We agreed to auger your toilet at a discount price prior to any work being started. When this option was unsuccessful, we immediately waived the $200. We then provided you with additional options and provided you with a proposal. You chose to have us pull your toilet and cable the branch line for the agreed upon price. Before we left, we checked our work and the line was clear. The line was clear and as previously explained to you by our staff, you may have had two different issues occurring at the same time; a clogged line as well as a malfunctioning toilet which caused the initial clog which we cleared. As stated earlier, you were given additional options while we were there as well as proposals for the cost. One of these options which we have documented is that you were provided the option to replace your toilet at a discounted price which you declined. We strive to help our customers and to make them happy.
quickly identified the problem and fixed it
My experience with the company and the gentlemen who fixed the problem was a comfort to me. He knew just what to do ( Louis ) Thank You
Technician was very knowledgeable and explained what the problem was. However $250 was a little pricey for running a snake that took about 10 min. But I guess it beat $458 the original price that was quoted.
Quick, and very professional but it still seemed a bit pricey for unclogging a kitchen sink drain. The plumber spent a lot of time working on it so you get what you pay for, I guess. Would recommend and use them again.
My only complaint is that there was no type of protection for the walls during the process. It took forever to get the splatter clean. Yuck
Beware we are both 70 years old and this company tried to rip us off. We had a clogged sewer vent pipe and needed it cleaned out from the roof. And this was the only company I could find that would go up on the roof. Well the cost was $1190 and they tried to unclog it but they only made it worse. Their Proposal was to do work and make repair including installing clean out in wall space, $5,144.11. customer allows us to do work or put towards job $1,190.00 total $3,954.11 plus parts. Plus $150.00 non-refundable deposit for administration cancellation. We booked the job for that Friday. I know the price was so outrageous but I could not find another plumber to do the job. A friend recommended a plumber when I told him how much they were charging us so I call them for an estimate. They came out that day to see if they could do the job and said they could fix the problem right there and now. It ended costing us $650 and they fixed the problem. We lost the $1190 plus $150 even through they did not fix the problem.
After getting work done, I did more research only to discover that I was grossly overcharged for just getting a laundry room drain unclogged.
