They called me and convinced me to use them because they are 15% less than others. They didn t tell me that we needed to buy a $100 membership to get the 15% discount. He spent 10 minutes with an auger on the toilet and the charge was $360 including membership and discount. Worse thing is, it didn t work. This place is super pricey and misleading in how they represent themselves and guarantee their work. They did come out quickly so if money is no issue and work quality does not matter, they will be a good choice.

This company gave us a price to fix the sewer and then after he was done, he added another $150.00 onto the price. When someone tells you how much something is going to be, they should not be able to add something at the end of the job. He did give us the opportunity not to fix it but he got to the house, he looked at the problem, and told us what he was going to do and a price. Other than this, the work was great and he was a very polite person.

Josh came out promptly, he assessed the issue and gave us a quote. Initially, the quote given was above our budget but Josh got his boss on the phone and he approved an affordable rate that we couldn't pass up. He got right to work, finished and left the area clean and free of debris. I would highly recommend this company!
