Louis was great and saw things that prevented further future problems. Very Professional. Was just surprised by the cost.

The service cost double what I expected and kept going up as the tech was here. I had to sign in order to have a working kitchen sink and dishwasher or he said he would have to come back and I would not have any use of the sink or dishwasher until he did. My initial problem was only that the sink leaked. The tech that came fixed it only after I signed for two price increases and only after he went out to the truck to talk to his boss twice. The tech did the work well but I feel I was taken advantage of.

We are sorry that you weren't pleased with the service. Unfortunately with plumbing, at times a small leak can be a much larger problem. We initially attempted to resolve the problem by replacing one part in order to avoid removing the garbage disposal however this did not completely rectify the problem and you were told that the only way to completely resolve the problem was to take the next step and remove the garbage disposal. The plumber then did give you a proposal to replace the sink in the future as it was in poor condition.
