Horrible service.He asked about the symptoms of my washer and I told him the washer stops with water inside.He came and saw it and said is the pump.$250 Ok.he changed it and in the end I told him to connect the hoses.he said I tryed with the water.when he left I put the hoses and clothes.Nothing works.i called him and he said I come tomorrow.he checks it and said is the electronic package .that s the worst part.i gonna check for cheap part which I disagreed but ok After10 minutes he said the washer is not anymore in the system but I gonna give you some of the money back from 250. Do you think he came back? No This is keny with 25 years experience Guys !! Be careful I work for 18 years at Home Depot I never seen service like this When I asked him :with the money I spent I would buy new washer He said I don t care

Well this story is more than that. When I arrived at home. Machine was not even hooked up at all I plugged it in and found water not pumping out of unit my diagnosis of bad pump was correct however there was an underlying second issue with machine trying to run unit I found the computer was bad: unfortunately this part is no longer available: I would have gladly given this cost a refund of at least half, but he never gave me chance. Unfortunately this type of thing does happen some times very sorry. I should not have to eat money for these reasons.

Ken contacted me immediately, and it was a Sunday. Monday before my noon, my washer and dryer were repaired, and at a reasonable price.

Total scam artist does not hire. He told me my dishwasher was broken because my hot water does not work. (He turned the knob the wrong way). When I called him later to tell him that he said he would rather refund my money than coming back and look at the dishwasher. Never refunded. I am out $75 bucks because (and I quote) Well at my house up is hot water, I am not a plumber Check out his google reviews before you hire.

Ken was great - house with 6 people and a broken washer/dryer is an absolute 'show stopper'! Ken was prompt in response and made it out here within the same day - he also diagnosed and fixed the problems in under an hour (having had to dismantle one of the machines). Great service!
