    He made me feel uncomfortable being alone with him in my house when he demanded more money than we had discussed on the phone.

    You were told on the phone that I charge $85.00 to come and diagnosis the problem. Then it goes toward the repairs. I pulled the refrigerator out and cleaned the water valve and that allowed you to have water and ice which you didn't have before I came over. You tried to threaten me with the fact that you are an attorney and that didn't work because I did nothing wrong. You paid for the call and that was all you paid for.

    Great service and done in minimum time, but scheduling will cost you a morning or afternoon waiting for the phone call to tell you when he will be arriving is the only downside. Again excellent job completed relatively quick.

Sometimes I get hung up on a call and I thought I would be out client's home in 1/2 an hour and I hit a problem and don't leave for an hour. That sets me back with all the customers waiting. I give the time slot to the best of my ability. Again, I am sorry.

    Ken was great. He ordered the part based on a phone conversation, then installed it in half the time someone else quoted. He went above and beyond to make sure my oven was working and even followed up in the evening. I highly recommend him.

    Ken replied promptly and scheduled a time he knew he could make. He was punctual, polite, professional and replaced belt and pulley in our dryer in minutes at a reasonable cost. We would use him again and will recommend him to others.

    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.

      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
