    FANTASTIC HELP. service very accommodating with schedule, fast and dependable, right on time, old school mechanic, had the parts handy, came the next day after my call, On ST Patrick's day, got to say thanks to that saint, Ken is half Irish by the way. Definitely recommend and will use the service if needed.

    I paid for the repair of an older wall oven. After it was diagnosed we ordered the part and it was installed. He then discovered that there was something else wrong with the oven that he could not repair. So I ended up having to still buy a new wall oven.

    He would say he was coming and then not show up. He said he was to busy and took over a week for project. He cursed to himself while working

    The holidays make it a very busy time of year and I try to fit everyone in as best I can. I don't want to be on the road till 10:00 pm therefore some people have to wait. If you didn't like the time slot I gave you then you should have called the company who's appliance you have. With any other company you will be waiting a week or more, plus you would have been charged a lot more for the repair. I am sorry you are so disappointed with my service.

    My tenants refrigerator wasn't staying cold anymore. Ken came out the same day I requested on HomeAdvisor, identified and resolved the problem in about an hour or so.

    Ken came out to my home in May 19 2017 to give us an estimate on a stove repair. He charged $70.00 to come which was not a problem but the parts had to be ordered. He said that he would be back the following Tuesday but never showed up or called. My wife called him the next day and he couldn't remember that he was supposed to come back on Tuesday for the repair and said that the parts are on back order. He was very rude and nasty with her so I called him and he said that the parts were on back order and that he will call me when they are in. Over a month later and my stove still has not been repaired and he is not returning my calls. I would not recommend him for anything.!

    Great response. Was at my house in an hour, but couldn't repair the dishwasher and even reinstalled what he took apart incorrectly. Could not fix it.

    I am not so sure if Ken is a professional repairman. He never recollected my name or address whenever I called him for scheduling appointment. That should I been my first clue. Then, he was late. My microwave oven was intermittently working. But after he replaced an expensive part, it completely stopped working. Above all, he said he would call back with another solution and he never did. He never answered my calls either. Unfortunately, my husband paid him the "diagnosis fee" right away, which was very high for the amount of time he spent on diagnosing the issue, and that too, for a wrong and an incomplete diagnosis. All the time he was at my house, he was cursing at the oven. And lying to other customers who called him during that time. I ended up spending double money for getting another local servicing company to give me satisfactory resolution.

      We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them.
    7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
