Ken was very prompt and made time on a Saturday afternoon to accommodate my schedule. Seems very efficient. I can't compare value for money as I have little experience in using repair service. Cost was not overwhelming though

Buyer Beware! Hire this guy at your own risk. You have been warned. Do not hire this guy. He is NOT a professional and he will cost you more money in the end. Ignore the .5 rating. If I could rate any lower, this guy will be rated negative. I hired Ken to repair an appliance. He wound up fixing one thing and breaking other "more expensive" part of the appliance. After he left and I discovered the newly broken part, I called him and he was immediately very, very, very defensive. He wouldn't even let you talk and explain the issue. The only thing he kept saying was that it wasn't his fault and he will have to charge more money to come back and fix "what he broke". His attitude is horrible. Customer courtesy is non-existent. His main goal is to break stuff and then hustle people for more money. He is very very very unprofessional. Very difficult to communicate with him. He has all the words and will not let you get a word in. This was a very terrible and expensive experience for me. Even when I succeeded in getting him to at least come back and look at the damage, he still claims it wasn't his fault and left the premise - to be unreachable again. Ignore this review at your own peril.

worst i seen. basically charge you for a quote. fix nothing. promise to revisit again and call out sick last minute and never return call. i found another person easily fixed the dryer. not sure how these people still in business.
