I called on Saturday night because my refrigerator was not cold. He said he would come the next day at 11:30 am and he was prompt, knowledgeable and fixed the appliance right then and there. Will definitely call again if I have another appliance repair need.

I submitted my request after 10 pm, and Ken called me first thing in the morning. He sent someone to repair my washer the next day. The repair man was polite and very efficient. He installed the part within a few minutes, and I was back up and running! I would hire them again, and highly recommend this company to others.

I called at 5:00 PM on the Friday of July 4th long weekend and Ken called back within minutes. He came out at 8:30 AM the next day - the Saturday of the long weekend. He had my dryer fixed within a 1/2 hour. WONDERFUL guy and very competent! I would HIGHLY recommend him!!!

He arrived late and did not know exactly what causes the mal functioning and tried several times for different approach. Finally, he gave up and tell me that it is the compressor problem which would cost me more than buy new one. Then, after I paid for the services, he came back just before he is leaving, to try last resolution and it worked. In fact, it was not the compressor problem but the relay problem. Once it worked, he try to charge me un-reasonable amount of money because he spent about an hour. If he knew exactly the problem since the beginning it should takes him 5 minutes

Unfortunately I do not have all the answers for different problems. At least I was willing to come back in and try one more thing. I see alot of people with alot of problems and I don't have all the answers. I believe I am fair and courteous with all my customers. Of course I can't please everyone. If you were not satisfied with my work I can assume you will not call me again, call a company that will charge you more and make you wait a week or more. I will make sure I don't service you ever again. My days are long and I don't need to be accused of poor work habits
