After an issue with my dishwasher in a rental unit I own, I received a call from Ken within minutes of my on-line request (which was on a Sunday). Ken touched base with the Tenant and made an appointment to repair my dishwasher. Once there, Ken called me to let me know that it wasn't worth the cost of fixing so only charged me a minimal amount for his time. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism.

He called the prior day as well as the morning of my appointment to confirm that he was leaving and that I would be at home. He was friendly, and professional. He gave me an honest appraisal of the condition of my 20 plus years old clothes dryer.

Ken is the best! Although he was unable to fix my microwave, he showed up on time, gave me an actual time for an appointment (not a 4 hour window like Samsung repair needed). He even came back in the evening the second time so I didn't have to miss any more work. A true gentleman who knows the value of customer service.

He came never completed job, like hooking up dryer exhaust , charged 100 for 10 min of work, do not recommend

Friendly and efficient service. Ken fixed the drain pump on our Maytag machine in less than 15 minutes. We highly recommend Ken!

Ken was very nice and made himself available almost immediately because our fridge was not working and he didn't want us to be out of commission over the weekend. He also called over the weekend to make sure it was working well!

The tech. Came checked the washer and charged me 60 dollars to come and see what was the problem. To fix the washer he was going to charge me 175 that was including the initial 60. I think it was too much for the piece he had to change. Also i did not expect to have him not charge me to come and give me an estimate but 60 dollars for 15 minutes of his time. He makes more money in 15 minutes than what i make in an hour on overtime. Not worth it.

When a customer is called the first time I advise them there is a trip charge for my time and gas. I also state in my profile that I don't do free estimates, therefore you were aware of this from the beginning. Next time you can call one of the many big companies and they will charge you almost twice that, make you wait a week till they come out and give you a 4 hour window the day they are coming. All of which I do not do. I am sorry you were not happy with my service, I assume I can mark you as a no repeat and will not hear from you in the future. With a 1.0 rating I don't really want to service you. Good luck with future repairs.

Ken did a good job. He got my old fridge working. He charged me what he said he would. It wasn't cheap, but it was on the fair side. Nothing went wrong, and I was satisfied with the experience.
