    Do not hire this company. It's bad enough that he didn't fix the problem, but he had the nerve to ask for more money. I put 0.5 Stars because I couldn't put ZERO.

    Your expectations were not even realistic. I came to your home as I said I would. I diagnosed the problem and you were aware of the service fee to come and diagnose the problem, if you choose to fix the problem you need to pay for that. The service fee was not going to have your appliance fixed. You decided not to fix the problem therefore the problem still exists. My suggestion is to call one of the larger companies and have them fix your appliances. I am sorry I was not able to repair the problem. I stand by my work and guarantee it even if it means I need to come back again.

    He was very helpful but did not resolve the problem although he returned a second time. My fridge still leaks water from the clogged defroster drain so I paid for a service I did not receive.

    he came and analyzed my oven. i told him what was wrong. he took my 65.00. he called later in in afternoon. he could not fix my repair. took,my money. im not a happy customer. do not use kens appliance.

    I would never make any money if I didn't change a diagnosis fee. Why should I go to someone's home for free and analyze the problem. I wouldn't be in business. If I come to your home and find that it will cost $450 for the repair and you say no thanks I'll just buy a new appliance. How am I supposed to earn my money? You were told on the phone that there is a service fee and if it is fixed it will be applied to the total, if it's not fixable or you choose not to fix it I still get the service fee. Nothing is for free. Next time please call one of the big companies to fix your appliance and ask them if they will come over for free?

    We made a big mistake in hiring this guy. We did so after an internet search for the repair of 2 oven lights in a Dacor oven. The first thing he did is ask to use the bathroom. We paid $65.00 for the serice call and agreed to his price of $200.00 for the repair. He did not come back and offered one childish excuse after another. He is not licensed. G. and K. simone

    With all my reviews most of them favorable has shown even when someone has a problem and they call me I make the time to go back and fix the issue. You have been unavailable each time I have called to come back with the parts. You are only available in the evening and I don't work in the evenings very often. Your lack of time has caused your problem, not me. I have been willing to come back and you have been unwilling to make time for me. At that point there is nothing more I can do. I am sorry you were not happy with my service.

    He was very honest and told me my dishwasher was not worth repairing. It would have been the cost of a new dishwasher to repair.
