Very sloppy estimate on a phone.

I don't understand your issue with me on the phone. I don't give estimates over the phone. I don't know exactly what is wrong with an appliance until I see it for myself. I explained to you, as I explain to every customer I have that there is a charge for me to come and diagnose the problem. Then you tell me if you want it fixed or not. I don't work for free and neither does any other appliance repair person or place. No one is going to estimate on the phone. I think you were very unfair to rate me on a phone call when I did nothing at all. I don't know what you do for a living but I will bet you don't do your job for free. Well, neither do I. I hope you found satisfaction in another appliance repair tech.

Starting off the gentleman was very rude. Didn't fix my problem at all. Never called me back after taking my money and running off.

You have a Samsung Refrigerator. I pulled out your refrigerator and you need a computer board. Samsung is not easy to work with. Also, you are the renter and until I hear from the owner I can't move forward. I explained all of this to you when I was there. I didn't take your money and run off. When your landlord says it's ok to move forward then I will try to get the part and fix the refrigerator. You should be annoyed at your landlord, not me. I am sorry if you were not happy with my service.

Ken was quick to call & quick to come. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it ASAP. He was kind and nice too. I would definitely have him back in the future
