Didn't do anything to receive $80 dollars

You were well aware that there was a diagnosis fee for me to come to your home. I not only looked at one appliance I diagnosed 2 separate appliances. Most companies would charge you for both appliances. I explained to you that they one part was on back order and my supply company doesn't know when it will come in. The other machine was not worth fixing. I did exactly what I have promised you on the phone, I diagnosed the problems. I am sorry if you were not happy with my service, but I can't go to everyone's house for free and you were told there was a fee before I came to your home.

Ken was at my house the same day I called, explaining to him I needed repair for washing machine done asap due to daughter and grandchildren visiting for the week. Job was challenging but Ken resolved the issue and saved the day..reasonably priced also. Would call Ken again!

Answered the call on a Sunday and was there first thing Monday morning. Very professional. He explained everything to us. Honest repairman. Would definitely call him again if needed.

Ken said he could repair the dishwasher top rack - returned with the kit - attempted to put it together - used foul language (the F bomb) when he couldn't put it together. Took the rack home to put it together. Returned at some point and installed the rack. However, the rack was missing a small adjustable piece to allow different loading of glasses. Ken returned - said he would get the part. Ken returned with the wrong part and said he would find the missing part and return. Three months later, I am out $200 and still don't have the missing part. As of yesterday, Ken stated that the current issue of the missing part has nothing to do with the initial service request. I wouldn't have the current issue if he had not done the initial service - how is that unrelated? Don't hire him unless you want a foul mouthed, unreliable service person in your home.

Ken came by today after putting a request in for an appliance repair this morning. He came to our house by time he scheduled even calling ahead to confirm and looked at our fridge to determine the issue. Fixed the issue and was done in about 30 minutes. He was honest and upfront telling us if the issue continues we should call the maker. I'd call him again for other repairs.
