He was very professional and honest. I thought I needed a new part but he was able to fix it with just an adjustment and saved me the money for a new part. I was very impressed because he could have charged me for the new part and to put it in.

I hired this guy. He came out charged a 65.00 diagnostic fee. Then told me the part that was needed was on back order. Then asked if I wanted him to order the part I said yes. Several weeks went by no call from him . So I decided to check for the part myself and found that the part was readily available. I called him to let him know. He didn't seem to care. This is a bad guy he has no conscious. Don't do business with him you will regret it as I have.

I am sorry I did not satisfy you. When I came to the apt, that you are the landlord of, I told you the machine needed a door latch and I spoke with two part places and the part would take 7-10 days to get. When I got the part I called you and I put the part in. At that point I realized the problem was the control panel so I DIDN'T charge you for the door latch and when we spoke we both agreed the machine was not worth fixing because of the price of the control board. At NO point did I ever tell you the control panel was not available. The only thing I charged you for was the diagnostic fee. I don't feel I was unfair to you at all.

Ken was a pleasure to work with. He called me immediately after I submitted my request and was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the part necessary to complete the repair in his truck. I do feel that the service was a bit expensive ($175), since he was in my home for no more than 20 minutes. Ken was very friendly and courteous.

Appliances were fixed, but rather expensive.

I am glad you were happy to have your appliance fixed. If you think I was expensive call any one of the larger companies and see what they charge to just walk into your home.

Ken was very honest about the chances for a successful repair after our appliances were damaged by a power surge. We opted to replace after his diagnosis.

My stove igniter switch failed, so I called on Ken to come to repair it. He confirmed , yup, igniter switch, charged me a service all, and said he could return the next day to repair it. After two follow up calls to him, I now need to call a different company. First call he said he needed to order it, that it was a unique item (a Kenmore igniter switch? Really?) Next he said he'd call back in 10 minutes. No call. No show. No service. Now I have to pay another company for another service call and repair. Not cool

Ken responded quickly, showed up when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the problem, and took care of it. All this while maintaining a professional yet friendly attitude. Will definitely call him again for future repairs.
