Very poor attitude after arriving 2 hours late to his appt and poor customer service. He admitted he was sick and I would not recommend

The only tells half the story. First off I got I will after leaving his home. They wanted me to work Saturday I normally do not work day I called Friday and said I cannot make it will come mon or ties. Come to find she got someone to finish repair no phone call or nothing. That is the story.

He did not have experience to solve the problem. He promised to look into ordering a part but never called.

You had a problem with your soap dispenser and in trying to fix it yourself you drilled a hole into it. I suggested you get a new dispenser and you said you found one online that you were going to purchase. I left your home and you never called me back. It was easy, you just take the old dispenser out and put the new one in. I have had a lot of experience with soap dispensers, you said you wanted to take care of it yourself. You have not called me since the first phone call so how would I know if you were still having a problem. I am sorry you were dissatisfied with my service. I hope you resolved your issue. Enjoy the holiday.

Ken provided me a quote, showed up within a few hours, made the repair and charged me exactly what he quoted. IMHO he is honest and reliable. Will use him again whenever an appliance breaks.

Left parts for me to put back together after replacing dishwasher motor. After replacing motor dishwasher was noisier and less effective than before repair. Had to call him a few times to triangulate exactly when he planned to show up. His tendency to wear mask below his nose did not inspire confidence that he really understands how things work.

I am sorry that you were not satisfied with my work, If you were unhappy why did not you call me. I never received a call telling me you wanted me to check the dishwasher again. I did not receive any calls from you after the day I was there. When I work my mask falls down under my nose a lot, I try very hard to stay safe at all times. If I performed my job so poorly I can make note that you will not call me going forward. I have a lot of good reviews because the majority of people I service are happy with me and my work. Enjoy the holidays.

He came in to repair refrigerator. Had to order part and came back sooner than he told us. He got the part from another distributor sooner. Unfortunately it was the compressor and we had to go through the mfr for the warranty as he did not do compressor work. He was quick and very neat. I referred him to a friend and she was also satisfied.

I had called ken, and he was able to come the very next morning. He knew what was wrong with the oven, and knew what part he needed for the repair. He had to order the part that was needed and came back and repaired the oven. I would recommend him to anyone that needed appliance repair.

Ken replaced an inverter that triggered the refrigerator's compressor to run, thus cooling the unit. He knew exactly what to do and was done in about 20 minutes. The fridge is now running great for the last three days, knock wood that the inverter holds up for ten years like the original. But the real story is that, I guess due to age and heat, one of the water lines for the ice maker had ruptured due to moving the unit for repair. Ken came back the next day, repaired the water line which took him about 30 minutes and HE DID NOT CHARGE ME!! I think that was really swell. Shows Ken values your business. Yes, I would call Ken again. Joe B.

Ken arrived right on time for the service call to repair my microwave oven. Such a pleasure to have in our home, very knowledgeable and informative.
