They are liars, charged $110 to come out, gave the wrong diagnosis, said that they did not have the part, but I could replace it myself, gave me the part number and where to get it. I replaced the part twice and that is not the problem with the dryer. I called them back, and they said that was not their problem. In summary, they charged me $110 for five minutes and did nothing.

I hired Premier Appliance of San Antonio, owner Gilbert B., to fix a stuck dishwasher button on control panel on 8/22/19. They cashed my check for $470.00 and fixed NOTHING on my dishwasher, NEVER CAME BACK, NEVER Responded to my numerous phone calls. I recently won in Small Claims Court in Hondo on 1/07/2020 for $616.00, which included court fees. This company is a bunch of liars and uses the San Antonio Post Office downtown as their storefront photo! RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!

I hired Premier Appliance to repair my washing machine, he came out said it was leaking where you put in the Bleach, paid $119 for the part, they came out but had the wrong part had to order another part, I did not hear from them so I have called them 2-3 times before they got back to me, came out with the second part put it in and I paid them, the next day I noticed it was still leaking and was the wrong color, came out and said the problem was the dryer vent and needed a new vent, I asked about the part that was put in that was paid for and was told I would have eventually had to put that part in because the plastic was going bad and left, I paid in full for the part and the labor for a part that did not fix the problem, if it was the dryer vent then why did they not change it

Sorry to hear that we could not make customer happy. We repaired broken bleach dispenser and yes part did take long to get from factory. We apologized to customer about the inconvenience and when part came in. We installed tested great. Customer called us next day that washer was leaking, and we immediately sent a technician over to recheck our work... Washer test great. Tech found condensation building on vent to dryer. This causes drips of water to form on floor when hot air is not leaving home properly. We explained and showed to customers, and she said ok, and we thanked her for the work. We take great pride in our work and try our best to take care of our customers.
