I had just clicked the link that provided me names of possible pros when Gilbert from Premier called me. I told him what the issue was (dryer stopped) and he said he could be out this afternoon. He called a bit later and said he'd be here in 20 minutes. When he arrived he found three minor issues with the dryer, fixed them all and even cleaned behind the dryer for us :-) We will certainly call Gilbert and Premier the next time we have a repair issue!

Before I called Premier Appliance I had called the usual Sear's, Geek squad and more of the advertised appliance repair companies. All of them had at least a 7 day wait. Then I called Premier and they came over within 2 hours, gave me an estimate (very reasonable) and completed the repair with 1 1/2 hours. I plan to use them from now on.

Gilbert called immediately and assured me that he could take care of my refrigerator repair before I had to leave for a road trip. He was true to his word, professional in every way, delightful to talk to, reasonable in his price, and best of all, my refrigerator was fixed in 20 minutes. He fully explained the problem and went about to remedy it. I would not call anyone else now to fix my appliances! Thank you, Gilbert!

Gilbert was a real pro--worked efficiently, and answered all my questions. Our refrigerator/freezer had quit cooling, and he determined very quickly that the compressor was OK, and that a new starter-relay was required--a much less costly item. The unit ran like new after he was done, and within a few hours, both sections were back to their set-point temperatures.

Very accommodating and honest! I was called back immediately and an appointment was made very quickly. We were having a leak with our second hand frig kept in the garage...the drip was caused by the frig not being completely square and the seal couldn't be 100%. Instead of trying to "fix" the problem, Gilbert was honest and said I would still probably have a drip, but the frig was working fine and should work fine for years. I greatly appreciated his honesty and promptness, the only fee was a small, the lowest by far of anyone we had contacted, trip charge.

Wow! What a great experience. I called on Monday morning and by Monday afternoon my fridge was repaired! Gilbert was prompt, very courteous, professional in every way. From now on her will definitely be our go to person for appliance repair. Top notch!

Once I posted the inquiry on HomeAdvisor, Gilbert's respone was within minutes. He set appointment and was even able to arrive early. Did great work and price was right. I highly recommend.

The company responded quickly, honest, would definitely use this company again. Fixed my dryer, it was the heating element that had to be replaced, but he also found that the tumbler wasn't tumbling right , so a part had to be replaced for that so it wouldn't cause the heating element to break again, didn't have that part with him, so he bought and came back the next day to fix it and didn't charge me for the labor again, just had to pay for the part, Would extremely recommend them to my friends and neighbors. It's so hard to find company's out there, that just don't take advantage of you. There's still a few good people out there, Thank You Gilbert

I used Home Advisor to find someone to repair my refrigerator. Gilbert from Premier Appliance called me right back and we scheduled an appointment for the next morning which was a Saturday. He was prompt and communicated with me all morning so I would know when he was supposed to arrive. He diagnosed the problem quickly and got to the repair. His prices are more than reasonable and he didn't upsell me on anything. Very professional and he made a stressful situation easier to deal with. Great Experience. He is my new company for appliance repair.
