Premier Appliance

The owner of Premier came out same day and assessed the problem with our refrigerator. He was very experienced, in business for over 15 years, and was able to apply a solution right away. Cost was very reasonable. Will, for sure, recommend and use his services again.

He was very accommodating to my schedule.

We have old an old reliable Maytag washing machine. Before getting a new one decided to call and have it checked out. Problem was found and repaired in a timely manner. My wife ask questions about our machine and other household appliance. Her questions were answered honestly . We will be using Premier for any future appliance problems.

Excellent service!!!! Actually came a day early which was great. The price for the replacement was reasonable but the labor cost significantly more than the part. The guy who help was amazing.

He came out to fix a microwave. It worked for a few days. He guaranteed his work but when I called to let him know that the microwave stopped working, he did not return my calls. I think he is out of business now. I have to find someone new and pay, yet, once again to get it fixed. Very disappointed!

I had a washing machine that wasn't draining during the spin cycle. The repair person was able to get an appointment in for me early and showed up on time in spite of the short notice. The repair was completed and he was out the door in about 20 minutes. Very professional company, not just a guy in a van showing up for work in a dirty t-shirt, would definitely recommend.

They showed up on time, fixed the ice maker and replaced a thermostat for a very reasonable price!!!

Ill comment when I'm sure the problem has been solved.
