    03/10/15- Clearly explained issue and promptly repaired refrigerator. Very considerate and did not use swear words. Professional and easy-going attitude. Price was a bit steep though :-(

    The technician was late because he was handling personal business. He didn't call to say he'd be late. When I called he said he was finishing up another job and would come soon. I had to call a second time to find out when he was going to arrive. When he finally got there, he told me he was handling personal business. He didn't have the part to fix my dryer. I thought his estimate was high for what he said needed to be done. When I said that was too much, he offered to come down a little since he was late. I felt it was still too expensive. I found out later I could order the part and replace it myself for $8.95. If I would have let him do the work, he would have had to come another day and it would have cost me $160 or more. I wasted time waiting for him to show up the first time so I wasn't interested in setting up another appointment. He was very pleasant. I just wish he would have let me know he was going to be late. My time is valuable and when a repair company says they will be there within a certain range of time, I expect them to show up on time. If he'd call to explain that he needed to take care of something before he could arrive, I could have run errands or something instead of sitting around waiting on him. Things happen and I'm a reasonable person - just call and let someone know when you're going to be late.

    About as fast as possible (30 minutes after phone call). Clear analysis of the problem. Had the parts and made the repair promptly. As one minor place for improvement a little bit better tidying up at the end of the job would have put Gilbert into the unheard of class. As is he was still as good as I have seen in a long time. I recommend him highly.

    Premier Appliance contacted me very quickly and was able to come out the same day. My problem was diagnosed and explained in easy terms. I received a quality repair with a warranty and good customer service. I would recommend this company for appliance repairs.

    I asked for a hard copy to be sent to my P O Box, since the tech didn't leave a copy of what I signed. I did receive an email copy, but unfortunately my printer can't print just now because my computer keeps shutting down unless I use SAFE mode, so I do need a hard copy. I called and they still haven't sent it in over a week. But the tech was polite, punctual, got the work done in about 20 minutes (install a new ignitor for the oven), and after looking at the part I think $525 is outrageous, and that was with 20% discount!!!
