Gilbert lied about being qualified. He said he carried almost everything he needed for the repair of my particular appliance. He left without repair because he needed a part. He never returned nor did he call. The second day, he said he could not return because he had a dental appointment which resulted in having his wisdom tooth being pulled. When a patient has an extraction, a secondary driver is needed , and that type of surgery is pre-planned. He said he didn't know he was having an extraction. He returned two days later, unable to do the work. I believe he was unskilled because he sent another man to do the job. He left grease all over my laundry room, and left my machine dented. Now, the agitator does not rotate properly. He agreed to return today and called at 3:20 to say he was on his way. He never arrived, nor did he answer my various phone calls. I used my mother's phone to call him, and he returned the call. I told him who I was, and he said he was called away to another job, and would be here at 6:00. I asked him why he had not returned my calls and he said, "You know what? You have a bad attitude. Get someone else to help you." He repeatedly declined requests for his last name which should have been a clue to me.

We repaired this customers washer 4 months ago. She called and said it's running good but now wants us to fix a new problem. I told her we could not help her because she will find any reason not to pay. She told me she would give me a bad ratings if I don't help her. She is very difficult and wants to force or threaten companies to get what she wants. I did not go to her home or charge any money we simply cannot help her. We are thankful to home advisor for all the great customers but this customer I don't want.

I thought Gilbert was very sweet and pleasant! He came by and fixed my washer and dryer the first time! I had that washer fixed 6 times and it did not work. Gilbert fixed it, and I mean WELL!!!! It was a little expensive, but you know what? He told me the amount and showed me the part, then he went and got it, came back and I have been in business every since!!! This is my "go to" guy now!

Gilbert explained on the phone it was a $39.95 service call charge which would be waived if he fixed my washing machine. The washing machine was not fixed. He charged me $85.00. Since. he was not able to fix the washing machine he should have only charged the $39.95 for the service call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Gilbert wants a quick fix and it not qualified to do any major repairs.

I tried very hard to please Debra. 20 year old washer had lots of problems and we told her the transmission for this old washer was no longer available or cost effective to repair. We did not charge her 85.00 or 39.95 in the end I charged her 0 dollars for my time. We do our best to take care of our customers and makes us sad to see a unhappy customer.
