Submitted for quote and the guy called me in literally under 1 minute. Rather than try to stick me with unnecessary costs, he explained what my problem most likely is (poor dryer ventilation) over the phone, which saved me a lot of money. Didn't need them to come out this time, but their honesty was refreshing and based on this experience I definitely would use them in the future.

Appliance doctor came to my house and said he fixed it the first time. However, several days later, the refrigerator heated up again. We had to call Service Magic and Appliance Doctor went and fixed it the second time. This time, the problem was fixed.

Need him again for another problem.
