The response was fast

Gilbert was great! He ask what the problem was then ask the model number on the refrigerator and researched it before he came to the house. He had the parts he needed with him so it was only one trip to repair it. I had it looked at two weeks before and because we were moving they couldn't guarantee they could get the part before we moved. Good thing I waited because it would have been the wrong part! I have already recommended Gilbert to all my friends.

I received a call from Gilbert in less than a minute after selecting his business from service magic. He came out on time, made a diagnosis on two appliances, had one part on his truck but had to get the other one. Later that afternoon had the parts installed and was on his way. He's motivated, energetic, smart and honest. Highly recommended.

Minutes after pushing the "send" button on the computer to request service, I received a phone call from Gilbert. He scheduled an appointment for that morning to repair my freezer. I was very impressed with his quick response and professionalism.

On time and very pleasant, 2nd appliance he has repaired for us and will call him again.
