Problem was immediately identified as defective gasket around freezer drawer. After part was ordered, repair was completed in 15 min. Would definitely hire again.

Came out the same day and had everything up & running in under an hour. Very professional and decently priced as well. Highly recommend!!

The problem was the defrost heater in the fridge. It was fixed quickly and without complication. The tech was polite.The price was the same as it was several years ago with a different company doing the same fix.

Several hours late for appointment. Had to order the part for the following day. They were going to be back between 10 am and 1 pm. I called them at 12:30 pm and was told that they had the part but would try to get out by 3 pm. I told them to hurry because the food would spoil in the freezer if it was not fixed. I told them that I would not have made the appointment if I had known that they did not have the personnel to address my problem. Would not consider them again. Very disappointed with Home Advisor results.

This is the first time we've used this company. There aren't many companies around to repair washers with agitators. Timely, efficient, and reasonable.

Very prompt with first response. Very prompt and on time for scheduled appointment time frame. First did a temporary repair to get the dryer working, and then returned the next day and installed the new part. Very fine service company.

I sent out a request on Home Advisor and within minutes I was called by Gilbert. A technician came the next morning and had my dryer back running in less than an hour. I would highly recommend Premier Appliance!
