When I turned on the oven I smell gas. Pilot would not catch, gas escaping. Called several other companies. None could until several days away....Not only did a real person answer the phone, but they came within a couple of hours. Great service. Technican polite n experienced.

The parts were not completely changed out (new).

Looked into your Workorder and we charged 89.00 for the part you needed to make your appliance work. We locate what?s broke and charge for the part that is needed. We don?t change out all parts near repair unless necessary.This honest practice saves customers from paying for unnecessary repair costs. A member from our management team will reach out. Technician, Luis, came over promptly and gave a diagnosis. The issue, according to him, was the drain pump and would cost us over $300 to get it replaced. The Samsung washing machine cost us $600 brand new, so it was not cost-efficient to pay half of that amount for a drain pump. Instead, I paid $65 for diagnosis, which I have not received the invoice at the time of this review. I bought my own part online (brand new OEM spec product) and replaced it myself. Long story short, it did not fix the issue at all. I called Premier Appliance back to complain, offered them a second chance to either come back and re-diagnose the machine without additional charges or refund what I had paid. They declined my offer because I **didnt go with them the first time**. Bottom line, I do not recommend this company. Save your money and time by going somewhere else.

We are sorry to hear that your experience with us was not good. We always try our best to take care of our customers. Customer told me that he bought from Amazon for a lot cheaper. Parts on Amazon are usually not oem parts. We have no way of knowing if this part was installed correctly or defective. We kindly explained that we are not responsible for personal repairs made. Thank for the opportunity to try to help.
